The Adidas Gazelle was first launched in 1968. Originally designed as a training shoe for soccer players, it soon became popular in streetwear as well. The Gazelle features a simple design with three stripes, the classic Adidas logo on the tongue and a rubber sole. The original versions were made of leather with a synthetic material lining.
