Do you send invoices for orders?
For all communication with us, only the order confirmation is sufficient, which we will send to you via email immediately after the order is completed. If you are interested in a PDF invoice, you can contact us via email and we will be happy to provide it to you.
Is it possible to buy goods as B2B?
We only sell our goods to consumers (end customers), so we do not allow tax deduction when selling to entrepreneurs or legal entities.
Can I buy goods on delivery?
We currently only allow payment by card, apple pay, google pay or payment by bank transfer. In case of further questions, you can contact us on our e-mail or Instagram.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number after your order has shipped. You can track the shipment on the website of the company Zásilkovna.
I chose delivery to a collection point, but forgot to select a location after completing the order.
There is nothing to worry about, the important thing is that you contact us as soon as possible via email, Instagram or here on the site in the Inbox. If you do not do so, we will send the parcel to the nearest delivery point to your place of residence.
Why don't you offer cash on delivery?
In view of the large number of customers who did not receive their packages after the mandatory shipment of the order , we were forced to cancel the cash on delivery option.
Why can delivery take up to 11 days?
For goods marked as " express ", we guarantee delivery within 4 working days because we have the goods ready for immediate distribution. Goods that are not marked as "express" are in most cases imported to us. Our team of experts will first check the goods and only then will we send the goods to you. For this reason, delivery may take longer.
